Windell L. Lee

Funeral services for Mr. Windell L. Lee, 59, of Big Sandy, Texas will be held on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer, Texas with Bro. Donald Plant officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Upshur County.

Mr. Lee passed away on June 26, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on December 11, 1957 in Gilmer to James and Peggy Sue Lee. Mr. Lee was a self-employed carpenter and of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his brother, John McWhorter and his wife Shirley, James Paul Lee and Wayne Lee and his wife Kathy; sisters, Wendy Lee, Tammy Robinson and her husband Charlie, Helen Plant and her husband Donald, Tabitha Barnhart and her husband Jeff and Betty Croley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Peggy Sue Lee.

Pallbearers for the service will be John McWhorter, James Paul Lee, Wayne Lee, Kevin Vasquez, Charlie Robinson and Jeff Barnhart.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 29, 2017 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
