William Rex Smallwood Gladewater -- Graveside services for William Rex Smallwood, 46, of Longview, will be held on Friday, March 30, 2012, at 2 P.M. at Rock Springs Cemetery. Born on December 11, 1965, in Dallas, Texas, he died on Sunday, March 25, 2012. He was an air conditioning technician and a Baptist. He is survived by his wife, Karen Smallwood of Longview; 1 daughter and son-in-law, Carlie and Patrick Fox of Big Sandy; 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Dustin and Emily Smallwood of White Oak; Josh and Holly Smallwood and Chance Smallwood, all of Longview; 1 step-daughter, Crista Jade of Longview; 5 grandchildren; father and step-mother, Billy and Tillie Smallwood of Liberty City; mother and step-father, Robbie and Charles Keadle of Longview; 3 brothers and sisters-in-law, Steven and Shannon Smallwood; Walter and Fiona Smallwood all of Longview; Kirby and Lisa Smallwood of Liberty City; 1 sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Pete Chavez of Arp; and nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Thursday, March 29, 2012, at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater.
