Celebration of Life services for William "Billy" Riley Vanover, 38, of Gladewater were held Thursday, March 5, 2020, at the Truman Smith Children's Care Center at 2:00 PM.
A private interment took place at Gladewater Memorial Park prior to services.
Billy was born October 12, 1981 in Mesquite, Texas. Left to cherish his memory are his Truman Smith family who will not soon forget Billy.
