William "Bill" Andrew Whisenhunt

A memorial service for William “Bill” Whisenhunt, 60, of Ore City, is planned for 2PM, Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home Chapel in Diana. Bill passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021.

Bill was born February 11, 1961 to George Perry Whisenhunt, Sr. and Mable B. Sinclair. Bill worked as a security officer and loved fishing and riding his bike. He loved making new friends and volunteered and donated his time to DAV.

He is survived by his father George Whisenhunt, Sr., children; Johnny, Jimmy, Michael, Serena, sister Betty Buckley and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his step mother, Birdie Whisenhunt, brother, George Whisenhunt, Jr., step brother, Dan Silva and step sister, Cathryn Silva.
