Funeral services for Velma Sue Dugger Tullos, 68, of Hallsville will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 24, 2015, at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer with Bro. Roy Lester Howlett and Bro. Pete Dugger officiating. Interment will be in the Rosewood Cemetery in Upshur County. Arrangements under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mrs. Tullos passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2015, in Longview. She was born on July 13, 1946, in Gilmer, to Levi and Emma Xorine Dacus Dugger. She was a homemaker and a member of the Harmony Baptist of Hallsville. Mrs. Tullos is survived her husband, Reed Wayne Tullos; daughters, Renea Underwood, Tonya Tullos and Michelle Tullos; brothers, James L. Dugger and Steven R. Dugger; sisters, Marie Williams, and Patricia Reeves; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Cathy Flowers. Pallbearers will be Tommy Rae, Alex Rae, Josh Birx, Robert Williams, Rigo Pena and Mel Riddle. Honorary Pallbearer will be Charles Blakley. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2015, from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
