Teresa Gay Howell DIANA �Memorial services for Teresa Gay Howell, 58, of Longview will be at 2:00 P.M., January 18, 2014 at Longview First Assembly of God Church. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. Interment will be at Mattox Cemetery at a later date. She passed away January 14, 2014, at her home. Teresa was born August, 19, 1955 in Longview, Texas to Willie Charles and Joyce Nell Howell. She was a former teacher at Union Hill, ISD, and later worked as office manager for Dr. Shakamuri in Longview. She was a member of Longview First Assembly of God Church for many years where she enjoyed working in the nursery. Teresa loved children, and travelled widely. She loved knowing people and different cultures. She touched a lot of people, young and old with her intuitive sensitivity towards what people need in happy and sad times. Teresa is survived by her brothers and sister-in-law: Mike and Logan Howell and Joel Howell, niece: Kimberly Landreneaux and husband Joey, great-nephews: Jesse and Kaleb, great-niece: Madelynn and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
