Steve Randell Wilson

Steve Wilson, 73, passed away on September 6, 2023, in Lone Star, TX.

Steve was born in Freeport, Texas to Charles and Alma Dotson Wilson on August 31, 1950.
Steve graduated High School and joined the Army where he served two an a half  tours in the Vietnam war.  Steve married Judy Carol Morris and they had three sons.  Steve loved helping coach his sons and grandchildren in baseball, it was his favorite thing.  Steve also served as past Director of the Dixie Baseball league.  Steve worked for Lone Star Steel for thirty years. 

Steve is preceded in death by his mother Alma Dotson Wilson and brother Dan Wilson.
 
Steve is survived by his wife Judy, two sisters ; Sandra Wilson and Sherrie Wilson Foster (Gary), his cousin Tammy Cline,  his three sons; Jeff Wilson (Amber), Jason Wilson , and Jeramy Wilson (Sara). Grandchildren Jaden, Kailey, Jace, Branden , Blane and Riley 
Steve is also survived by his nieces and nephews; Mark, Chris, Kevin, Jan, Wendy and Keithan. 
 Steve also leaves behind his best fur baby Peanut.
