Soon Duk "Kim" Wilkins

Graveside services for Soon Duk "Kim" Wilkins, 66, of Gladewater will be Monday, July 18, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Gladewater Memorial Park with Reverend Dennis Abernathy officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 17, 2016 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater. Mrs. Wilkins passed away on Friday, July 15, 2016 in Longview. Mrs. Wilkins was born September 18, 1949 in South Korea. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. Kim loved to cook and always insisted on making sure any visitors had a home cooked meal. She also enjoyed sewing and was an accomplished seamstress. Her true passion was her grandchildren who she dearly loved and doted over. Kim will be truly missed by all the loving family and friends she leaves behind. She is survived by her daughter Vickie Bernard; three grandchildren Joseph Bernard, Kaylee Bernard and Macie Bernard; a host of family in Korea as well as many loving friends. Mrs. Wilkins is preceded in death by husband Obie Joe Wilkins.
