Funeral services for Samantha Jo Murray See, 55, of Gladewater will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 16, 2020, at the East Mountain Baptist Church in Gladewater with Pastors Tim Coop and Gara Handorf officiating. Interment will follow services at Rosedale Cemetery. Viewing will take place from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. followed by visitation from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening at Croley Funeral Home. Mrs. See passed away Monday, October 12, 2020, in Tyler.

Samantha was born August 21, 1965, in Longview to Homer Leon Murray and Sherry Elaine Satterwhite. Samantha was a sign language interpreter, cosmetologist, artist and friend to everyone. She was very community oriented taking active roles in the Union Grove Band Boosters, Garden Club and the Gala. Samantha was above all a loving and devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She will forever be missed but never forgotten by all the loving family and friends she leaves behind.

Samantha is survived by her husband of 36 years Stephen See; two daughters Lacey Nicole See and fiancé William Parr and Taylor Lynn See; sister Sabrina Murray Ewing and husband David; a brother Jerry Murray; father Homer Murray as well as many other loving family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother Sherry Elaine Satterwhite Murray and a brother Johnny Lee Murray.
