Sally Kate Armstrong

Graveside services for Mrs. Sally Kate Armstrong, 77, of Tyler will be held at 3:00 P.M.., Sunday April 14, 2013, at Hopewell Cemetery in Upshur County, Texas. Mrs. Armstrong passed away on Friday, April 12, 2013, in Tyler. She was born on January 23, 1936, in Gilmer, Texas, to Walter Cephus Clark and Dessie Parker Clark. Mrs. Armstrong was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith. She is survived by her daughters, Sunny Byrd of Tyler and Nancy Kay Demas of Richardson; granddaughter, Sallie Byrd. Mrs. Armstrong was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Lee Armstrong in 2008. The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 13, 2013 from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at Hopewell Methodist Church in Upshur County.
