Robert Lee Holloway

Graveside services for Mr. Bob Holloway, 83 of Gilmer, will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 22, 2015 at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer with Bro Teddy Ott officiating under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mr. Holloway passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, in Gilmer. He was born in Maysfield, Texas on January 4, 1932 to Jesse Holloway and Carrie Yates Holloway. Mr. Holloway served in the U. S. Army. He was a member of the Gilmer First Baptist Church and the Gilmer Lions. Mr. Holloway was a teacher/coach at Mission ISD and Gilmer ISD and owned the Logo after retiring from teaching. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Bob and Cindy Holloway of Belton, Rickey and Mari Jo Holloway of Gilmer; daughter and son-in-law Terri and David Ross of Gilmer; sister, Betty Lange of Temple; eight grandchildren, Ryan Holloway, Raquel Holloway, Kalyn Holloway, Collin Ross, Greg Smith, Geoff Smith, Sam Robinson and Amy Teddy and six great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00P.M. at the funeral home.
