Robert Gene Garrett

A memorial service for Robert Gene Garrett, 43, formerly of Ore City, is planned for 10AM, Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home Chapel in Diana. Robert passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021.

Robert was born August 2, 1978 to Linda Bonnette and JT Garrett. He graduated from Ore City High School in 1996 and then joined the United States Army Signal Corps. He is survived by his wife, Sokhim Garrett, mother Linda Bonnette, children; John Garrett and wife Paigelyn, Dean Garrett, Rosa Garrett, Phelia Garrett, Kevin Vong, siblings; Jay Garrett, Jeremiah Garrett and wife Silvia, Faith Garrett, grandparents, Tony and Delores Bonnette and multiple uncles, aunts and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father JT Garrett and grandparents, Monteque and Tee Garrett.
