Robert Franklin 'Bob' Welch

Graveside services for Robert Franklin "Bob" Welch, 78. of Gladewater, will be held on Monday, July 22, 2013, at 10 A.M. at Gladewater Memorial Park with Larry W. Osborne officiating. Born on August 6, 1934, in Rusk County, Texas, he died on Friday, July 19, 2013. He was a veteran of the United States Army, an auto mechanic, and a Baptist. He was a 32nd degree Mason. He is survived by wife, Ann Welch of Gladewater; 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Robbie Eugene and Tammie Welch of Gladewater; James and Becky Welch of Muskogee, Oklahoma; 1 daughter and son-in-law, Jo and Angelo Herrera of Atlanta, Georgia; 11 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Franklin and Mildred Lea Welch, and 2 sisters. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 P.M. on Sunday, July 21, 2013, at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater.
