Rebecca DeLeon Swartz

A Memorial/Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, January 15, 2021 for Rebecca DeLeon Swartz at Friendly Baptist Church 1903 E. Front Street, Tyler, Texas 75702.

Mrs. Rebecca DeLeon Swartz, 61, was born August 7, 1959, in Dallas, TX to Raul and Julia DeLeon. She married Mike Swartz on December 31, 2006 in Hawkins, Texas. Mrs. Swartz was a bilingual school teacher for Tyler ISD and is of the Catholic faith.

Rebecca is survived by husband, Mike Swartz; mother, Julia DeLeon; sons, Jason Higginbotham and Christopher Ray Higginbotham; sisters, Ruby Garcia, Rachael Palmer Hanover, Robbie DeLeon, Rosie Lemp; grandchildren, Natalie Higginbotham, Helenie Higginbotham, Mariah Higginbotham, Jasmine Brensberger, Mayson Higginbotham, Jenson Higginbotham, Jordan Sequiche, Summer Swartz, Autumn Swartz, Tyler Swartz, Layla Swartz and Raymond Swartz; great grandchildren, Andreaz Martinez, Levi Parker and Noah Hilbers.

She was preceded in death by her father, Raul DeLeon
