Randall "Randy" Martin Services for Jess Randall "Randy" Martin, 67, of Gladewater will be Sunday, August 28, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gladewater with Brother Bailey Harris officiating. Burial will follow at the Friendship Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. until service time at Croley Funeral Home. Mr. Martin passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2016 in Tyler. Randy was born March 15, 1949 in Gladewater, Texas to the late Jesse Ray Martin and Della Mae Castleberry. He was a 1967 graduate of Gladewater High School. Mr. Martin was a licensed plumber and had worked for the City of Gladewater and currently worked for Liberty Water Utilities as a Waste Water Operator at Holly Lake Ranch. He enjoyed gardening and working or tinkering on anything. But his true joy was fishing with family and friends. Mr. Martin served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War era. Randy will be missed by all the family and friends he leaves behind. He is survived by his two sons and daughters-in-law Chris and Jennifer Martin of Gladewater and Jason and Debbie Martin of Texarkana; sister and brother-in-law Patricia and Leon Watson of Gladewater; uncle and aunt Orville and Molly Castleberry of Little Rock, AR; special friend Lisa Teffteller of Gilmer; five grandchildren Ryan Martin, Kyle Martin, Rachel Shore, Adam Sarayusa and Jared Martin as well as many other loving family and friends.
