Patsy Bernadine Weathers

Visitation for Patsy Weathers, 72, of Upshur County will be at 12:00 P.M., Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Grubbs-Loyd Chapel Diana. Graveside services will take place at 2:00 P.M. at Eagle Creek Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. She passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 in Longview, Texas.

Patsy was born October 13, 1946, in Diana, TX to Walter Ray Jones and Olive Lucille Shepherd. She worked as an operator for the Longview News Journal. She loved spending time with family and friends especially all of her grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory are son: William Scott Bowman, daughter: Laura Rainwater, Grandchildren: Brandon Bowman, Cheri Bowman and Stephanie Prine, great grandchildren; Brylee Bowman, Baylen Isaac and Kaitlyn Arthur great great grandchildren Fara Mahford and Nolon Prine, sister; Geraldine Oldham, Nellie Lawson, Ginger Heck and Peggy Jones, brothers, Walter David Jones and Douglas Jones.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband: Benny Weathers brothers; Walter Ray Jones Jr., Danny Ray Jones and William Allen Jones, sister: Shelia Snyder.
