It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Neta M. Poisso, who left this world peacefully on February 26, 2025, at the age of 83. Neta was born on May 25, 1941, in Mansfield, AR. to Jacob Burl Hall and Mabel Agnes Asendorf Hall. She attended Crowell Elementary and High School in Crowell TX. Neta married Daniel Carl Poisso on May 27, 2004 and spent many wonderful years together until his passing in October of 2019.
Neta spent many fulfilling years providing compassionate home health care as a Home Health Provider through Jordan Health Services of Longview, TX.
In her spare time Neta enjoyed her family, travelling and a love for Elvis Presley.
Neta's love for her family was unmatched. She is survived by her sons, Curtis Eugene Arney and wife Mary, Monty Wayne Arney and wife Mellissa. Brothers: Clarence, Charles, Jerry and Ronald. Sisters: Mary, Patsy and Rita. Her cherished grandchildren: Nathan Arney, Justin Arney, Nicole Arney, Summer Mae Potter, Skye Lynn Clawson, Sierra Toyanne Arney, and Nichole Crawford. Great-grandchildren: David Wayne Arney, Micah Wayne Arney, Colton Eddowes, Maynard Crawford, Nathan Arney Jr., Griffin Laney, Emmet Nichols, Noah Clawson, Joseph Potter, Phonix, Nathan Jr., Malachi, Zayden, Daniel David, Kaitlyn Leigh Eddowes, Sophia Burstin, Starrla Wildt, Cora Nichols, Amelia Clawson, Kayla, Lilly Scott and Chloe Scott. Neta was preceded in death by her parents Jacob and Mabel Hall. Husband Daniel Poisso. Son Arvest "Eddie" Edgar Arney Jr. Brothers: Arden, Wannie, and Kenith. Sisters: Norma, Anna Jean and Linda Kay. Grandsons: David Arney and Sean Arney. Great Grandson Dallas Craig Arney. Great Granddaughters Alexa and Alyssa Clawson.
Friends and family are invited to join us for a graveside service, where we will celebrate Neta's wonderful life on March 7, 2025, at 12:00 PM. The service will take place at 210 Wisteria Rd, Ore City, TX 75683. Let's gather together to share our memories, honor her spirit, and offer our support to one another during this time of loss.
Neta will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
