Services for Michael Wayne Holman, 47, will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at 1:00 P.M. at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer, with Rev. John Barnes officiating. Interment will follow at Rogers Cemetery in Grand Saline. Michael was born August 13, 1968, in Athens, Texas, and passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2015, in Gilmer. He worked as a supervisor at Wilmar Inc. Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Holman; father, Jessie Woodrum; daughters and step-daughters, Samantha Henson and husband, Brandon, Staci King and husband, Dean, Sara Carden, Courtney Carden, Shelby Carden; brother, Jessie Woodrum, Jr.; sister, Tina Nicholson; and one grandchild, Rilynn King. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Elaine Woodrum. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Monday, December 7, 2015, at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer.
