Memorial services for Michael Shofner, 63, of Gladewater, will be held on Sunday, March 16, 2014, at 2 P.M. at the Clarksville City Baptist Church. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater.
Born on April 29, 1950, in Tyler, Texas, he died on Tuesday, March 11, 2014. He was a pipe fitter in the oil industry.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Drucilla Shofner of Gladewater; 2 sons, Michael Bo Shofner of Gladewater; Shane Shofner and his wife, Bethany of Oregon City, Oregon; 1 daughter, Stephanie Shofner of Gladewaer; 5 grandchildren, Kilah Shofner, Rayna Slone, Regan Shofner, Haden Shofner, and Silas Shofner; 1 brother, Rusty Shofner and his wife, Elaine, of Gladewater; 1 sister, Renee Roe and her husband, Gerald, of Gladewater; many nieces and nephews; and other extended family members.
No visitation is scheduled.
