Melinda Sue Miller

Melinda Sue Miller, 53, passed away on August 19, 2021 in Longview, Texas. She was born on July 7, 1968 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Charles A. Jones and Linda (Scoggins) King. She married Luke Beckham Miller in New Orleans in 1989. Melinda was owner of Miller’s Boutique and co-owner of Miller Motor Co, she was also a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Holly Lake Ranch, Texas.

She is survived by her husband; Luke Miller; parents; Charles Jones and Linda King; son, Vincent Luke Miller; brother, Charles Alver Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Melinda is preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Wayne Jones

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Holly Lake Ranch, Texas with Father Mike Snider officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer, a Rosary will be recited at 6:00 P.M. Interment will be held at Holly Tree Cemetery.
