Mary Massoletti

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Frost Massoletti, 73, of Gilmer, Texas will be held on Monday, July 24, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Cherokee Baptist Church in Gilmer, Texas with Bro. Madison Caffey and Jeff Bauman officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Cemetery.

Mrs. Massoletti passed away on July 21, 2017 in Longview, Texas. She was born on July 26, 1943 in Paris, Texas to Stephen Wade Frost and Jewell B. Graham Frost. Mrs. Massoletti received her Bachelor of Art Degree at Corpus Christi State University that is now Corpus Christi A&M and she was a self-employed artist. She was a lifetime resident of Upshur County and a member of Cherokee Baptist Church.

Mrs. Massoletti is survived by her husband of 30 years, Bobby Massoletti of Gilmer; sons, Jeff Bauman and his wife, Gina of Winona, Christopher Betterton of San Diego, CA.; daughter, Jennifer Phillips and her husband, Dennis of Kingwood, TX.; brothers, Stephen Frost, Jonathan Frost and his wife, Jan, Jack Frost and his wife, Angie; sisters, Sonja Smitherman and Jewell Frost; she is also survived by her grandchildren, Ben Bauman and his wife, Bekah, Tim Bauman and his wife, Alyssa and George Phillips and his wife Bethany and two great – grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Massoletti was preceded in death by her parents; son, Stephen Edward Bauman and sister, Sarah Salih.

Pallbearers for the service will be Freddie Sanders, David Warren, Kelly Ferrell, Mike Pritchett, Jimmy Joyce and Ben Bauman. Honorary Pallbearer will be Tim Bauman.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July, 23, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
