Mary Madeline Houston Eaton Gladewater -- Services for Mary Madeline Houston Eaton, 62, of Gladewater, will be held on Saturday, December 31, 2011, at 10 A.M. at Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Welton Jones officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery. Born on April 17, 1949, she went home to be with her Lord on Monday, December 26, 2011. She was a retired custodian for the Gladewater Independent School District and a Baptist. In April 1996 she met the love her life and married on June 2, 1996. She is survived by her husband, Wiley Eaton of Gladewater; parents, Cody and Helen Houston of Gladewater; sister, Bobbi Houston of Mesquite; brother-in-law, Bobby Yates of Gladewater; close friend, Rita Moon of Gilmer; nieces and nephews; great-niece and great-nephews; great-great nieces and nephews; and a very special great-great-niece, Evelyn Kate Holder of Longview who stole Aunt ME"s heart. She, in addition, is survived by her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jim and Margie Goodwin of Temple. She was preceded in death by her sister, Grace Evelyn Houston Yates, and her infant son. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Friday, December 30, 2011, at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater.
