Mary M. Montgomery

Funeral services for Mary M. Montgomery, 55, of Gilmer will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer with Todd Quinn, Buddy Montgomery and Mark Shrewsbury officiating. Interment will be in the Cherokee Cemetery in Upshur County. Arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mrs. Montgomery passed away Saturday, June 23, 2012 in a Gilmer hospital. Mrs. Montgomery was born July 11, 1956, in Gilmer, Texas to Loyce and Merlene Davis Cannon. She was a retired registered nurse, had lived most of her life in Upshur County and was a member of the Barbwire Halo Cowboy Church. She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Montgomery of Gilmer; daughter, Misty Edwards of Longview; sister, Ann Roach of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren, Jacob Edwards, Allison Edwards and Madison Edwards. Preceded in death by her son, Lonnie Montgomery; her parents; and sisters, Pat Snider and Peggy Woodard. Pallbearers will be Ronnie McMillon, Clint McMillon, Troy D. Montgomery, Chuck Montgomery, Perry Riley and Zach Riley. Visitation will be from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday, June 24, 2012 at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
