Services for Margaret Elayne Allen, 62, of Big Sandy, Texas will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 17, 2014 at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gladewater, Texas with interment following at Locust Grove Cemetery. Margaret passed on Thursday, November 13, 2014 in a Tyler hospital. Services are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater, Texas. Margaret was born to Floyd and Ruth Gamble Stidham in Tulia, Texas on December 7, 1951. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. She was married to Ricky Lane Allen and was a resident of Big Sandy, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Ricky Allen; mother, Elyane Gamble of Kilgore; son, John Paul Elliff of Big Sandy; brothers, Haskell of Liberty City, Steve of Kilgore and Lance of Odessa; and 11 grandchildren, John Michael Elliff, Lyssa Michelle Elliff, Lonny Paul "Boo" Elliff, James Russel "Jr" Elliff, Amanda Michelle Elliff, Samantha, Kelly Elliff, Johnathan Tyler Vinson, Jennifer Elayne Elliff, Allie Elliff, Chelsie Nichole Elliff and Cody Ray Elliff; great-grandchildren, Daniel Ray Elliff, John Ryan, Makenna Grace Hodges and Jase Addison Mephearson. Mrs. Allen is preceded in death by her father, Floyd "Blue" Stidham; two sons, Danny and Benny Elliff. Visitation will be on Sunday, November 16, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Croley Funeral Home.
