Marcella Ann Oliver

Cremation arrangements for Marcella Ann Oliver, 84, of Gladewater are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater. A Celebration of Life will take place Sunday, December 1, 2019, at the Clarksville City Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. Mrs. Oliver passed away Monday, November 11, 2019, in Gladewater at home surrounded by family.

Marcella was born January 27, 1935 in Granite City, Illinois to the late Harold August Evans and Lula Kiser. She was a faithful member of Clarksville City Baptist Church; where she helped with Awana and other children’s programs and activities. Marcella never met a stranger and helped anyone in need. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. Marcella will be truly missed by all the loving family and friends she leaves behind.

She is survived by her four children Bruce Allen Oliver, Olivia Louise Adams, Audrey Ann Reavis and Faith Elaine Oliver; three siblings Marvin Evans, Sue Thompson and Sandra Heldt; nine grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; one great grandchild as well as many other loving family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at Clarksville City Baptist Church at a later date.
