Lynn Quinn

Graveside services for Lynn Quinn, 78, of Gilmer will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 14, 2011 at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer with Reverend Clay Potter officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer Mrs. Quinn passed away Saturday, March 12, 2011 in a Gilmer hospital. Mrs. Quinn was born May 11, 1932 in Upshur County to Luther E. and Irene Couch Harris. She was retired from Upshur County Appraisal District and had also worked in the Upshur County Courthouse, a lifetime resident of Upshur County and a member of Concord Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Phillip and Diana Quinn of Gilmer; sister: Ruth Fielden of Longview; grandson and spouse: Clint and Katie Quinn of Gilmer; great-grandson: Jackson Quinn; one niece: Donna Anderson of Tyler; nephew Mike Fielden of Celeste, Tx.; and numerous great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband: Boyd Quinn in 1988; parents and one grandson. Pallbearers will be Joe Lynn Tillery, Todd Parrish, Kenny Nugent, Mark Mitchell, Pat Mitchell, and Bryan Jackson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bain Nugent and Carl Stewart. Visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m Sunday, March 13, 2011 at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
