Lucien Jarrell

Graveside services for Lucian Jarrell, 93, of Gilmer will be held 11 A.M. on Saturday, February 1, 2014, at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer, Texas with Reverend Wayne Norvell officiating under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mrs. Jarrell passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2014 in Gilmer. She was born on April 16, 1920, in Grand Saline, Texas to Allen and Fannie Bartlett. Mrs. Jarrell was a bookkeeper and owner of a Lake Tawakoni grocery store and of the Baptist Faith. She is survived by her son, Greg Kempe of Gilmer; grandchildren, Tamera Broyles, Erin Kempe and Amber Schnieder and seven great grandchildren Mrs. Jarrell was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Jarrell. No formal visitation is scheduled.
