Linda Marie Dougan

Linda Dougan, 78, of Gladewater, Texas passed away Friday July 8, 2022. Linda was born in Knox City, Texas on September 24, 1943.

Linda worked many years for Katz & Lee Printing in Irving, Texas before moving to Gladewater. While living in Gladewater Linda did many things including a bed & breakfast, antique mall, sandwich shop and catering. She participated and attended many events for her community. She loved living in Gladewater and adored her church, North Loop Church of Christ.

Linda is survived by her daughters; Elaine Morgan and husband Tim of Highland Village, Texas, Cynthia Yarborough of Dallas, Texas, and Rebecca Patton and husband Danny Howard of Highland Village, Texas; and grandsons, Jason Yarborough and Patton Morgan.

Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Dougan; mother, Opal Smith; and brother, Eddie Smith.

Services for Linda will be held in the Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gladewater, Texas on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. Internment will follow the service at Gladewater Memorial Park.
