Linda Jo Morse Hunt

GILMER "Funeral services for Linda Jo Morse Hunt, 68, of Gilmer will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Richard Laster officiating. Mrs. Hunt passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2015 in Longview. She was born January 23, 1947 in Waxahachie, Texas to Charles T. and Marie Baker Morse. Mrs. Hunt was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Gilmer, and Sierra Vista United Methodist Church in San Angelo. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends. She was very dedicated to her employees and coworkers at Baylor Scott & White. Mrs. Hunt was also a huge supporter of the Gilmer Buckeye football team and the Buckeye band. Mrs. Hunt is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, John Hunt of Gilmer; daughters, Jamie Leuschner and husband, Bob of Gilmer, Jana Pritchett and husband, Tim of Gilmer; brother, Larry Morse and wife, Berita of Gilmer; granddaughter, Caitlin Pritchett; brother in law, David Hunt of Gilmer; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Lisa Ann Morse. The family wishes to thank Hearts-Way Hospice and Dr. Larry Frase with Texas Oncology in Longview for their excellent care. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
