Lelia Beth Redding

Funeral service for Lelia Beth Redding, 84, of Gilmer will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 25, 2015 at the Kelsey Cemetery with Bishop Tim Miller presiding under the direction of Croley Funeral Home. Lelia Beth passed away Monday, June 22, 2015. Lelia Beth was born to Myron B. Bryant and Mary Winnie Jones Bryant on May 10, 1931 in Gilmer. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where she served 18 months in the Texas/Louisiana Mission as a young adult and continued to selflessly serve in many other church callings. She is survived by her husband, Oscar Edward Redding of Kelsey; son, Walter Ethan and wife Julie of Fort Worth; daughters, Laurel Elaine Lawson and husband Rick of Chubbuck ID, and Leslye Ellen Whittemore and husband Rex of Gilmer; siblings Myron Jr. Bryant and wife Linda of Gilmer, Sue Baxter of McKinney, and Barbara Olsen and husband Royce of Houston; and 11 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Myron and Mary Winnie Bryant, brother, Robert Ernest, and sister Karen Morris, and grandsons Edward Donell, and Erran Del Redding.
