Born on September 6, 1941, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, he died on Thursday, February 5, 2015. He was a retired veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by his wife, Tammye Willoughby, three sons, Wade Willoughby and wife, Donna; Joshua Willoughby; Chris Walker and wife, Christi; one daughter, Misti Jahr and husband, Clint; eight grandchildren, Kaitlin Jahr, Nicole Jahr, Aron Jahr, Cody Walker, Dylan Walker, Gracie Willoughby, Kaylee Willoughby, and Abigail Willoughby.
