Loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, Kenneth Ray Lirely, went to his heavenly home on Shabbat, March 16, 2024, at the age of 73. Born in Lamar, Colorado on December 11, 1950, he then spent most of his early years exploring creation and enjoying the outdoors with his younger brother. Later, he met the love of his life, his wife Monica, and together they enjoyed many years together, full of joy & laughter as their family grew. Life experiences, work, and health reasons would lead him to a couple different states over the years, most recently residing in Winona, Texas, where he could continue his love for fishing and relaxing at the lake. Ken always enjoyed working with his hands, whether he was fixing vehicles or tinkering with new projects. He also loved studying the Word and blowing the shofar, especially when his family gathered to observe special days and events. His family remembers him most for his strong faith, quiet wisdom, and silly antics. He was truly loved and adored, and his passing is felt deeply by all those he loved.
