June Lagrone

Funeral service for Ms. Sondra “June” Lagrone, 82, of Gilmer, will be 11:00 AM Thursday, October 29, 2020, at Enon Baptist Church with Bro. Fil Kakilala and Bro. Ray Thompson officiating, interment to follow at LaFayette Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM prior to the service on Thursday. Ms. Lagrone passed away on Monday, October 26, 2020, in Gilmer.
Ms. Lagrone was born April 7, 1938, in Gilmer to the late James and Alma Hazel Sain Warnell. June will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother and will be truly missed by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends that she leaves behind. June considered her church as family and was actively involved in the WMA, as well as other mission work.
June is survived by her daughters, Sharon Reynolds and husband, Walter, and Sandra Juarez and husband, Jay; sister, Regina Kirkland; grandchildren, Raegan Mirick and husband, Phillip, Tyler Latchaw and husband, Corbin, and Aaron Reynolds and wife, Jordan; great grandchildren, Nathan Lee Mirick, Jacob Chalas Mirick, Isabelle Claire Mirick, Vera Aubrey Reynolds, Naomi Kate Reynolds, Caleb Chase Reynolds, Evelyn-Ann June Reynolds, Robert Gabriel and Eva Sofia Latchaw.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edgar Davone Lagrone; and sons, Robert and David Lagrone.
