DIANA: Services for Judith Elayne Smith, 70, of Diana will be at 2:30 P.M., Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Walnut Creek Baptist Church in Diana, with Brother Bobby Blaylock officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. Interment will follow at Walnut Creek Cemetery. She passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at her residence

Elayne was born October 3, 1947 in Monahans, Texas to Loyd and Anna Belle Chilton. She was a homemaker and member of Walnut Creek Baptist Church where she served as church treasurer. She married Allen Smith in Diana on March 18, 1976.

Elayne is survived by her husband, Allen Smith, children: Christine Leigh Hall (R.J.) of Diana, Timothy Philip Barton (Jen) of Pensicola, FL., Amy Elizabeth Vick of Dallas, Jennifer Elayne Walker (Kris) of Diana, sister: Pat Leftwich (Jerry) of Diana, brothers: Bill Chilton of Lampasas, TX. and Chuck Chilton of Burnett, TX, mother-in-law: Helen Smith of Diana, grandchildren: Morgan Walker, Kammie Walker, Emmilyn Barton (Zack) and great-grandchildren: Malachi Barton and Ryder Vinson.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will receive visitors on Friday, November 4, 2017, 6-8 p.m. at Walnut Creek Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Diana.
