Joyce Lanelle Bingham

Graveside services for Joyce Lanelle Bingham, 92, of Big Sandy will be held 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the Little Mound Cemetery, with Bro. Donnie Chamberlin officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Mrs. Bingham passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018, in Winnsboro.

Joyce was born January 9, 1926 in Balmorhea, Texas to the late Jake and Sadie (Nold) Poitevint. She married the love of her life, Charles Bingham, Sr. on April 9, 1944. Mrs. Bingham was a devoted house wife and was of the Protestant faith.

She is survived by her sons, Charles Bingham, Jr. and wife Susie of Gilmer, Gary Bingham and wife Linda of Gilmer; daughter, Roberta Bass and husband Don of Gilmer; sister, Darlene Cantrell; seven grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Bingham is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Bingham; son, Ronald Bingham; granddaughter, Jennifer Bingham, six brothers, and one sister.
