A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Joyce Clark, 87, of Gilmer will be celebrated 1:00 P.M, Thursday, August 23, 2012, at St. Theresa"s Catholic Church in Union Grove with Father Hank Lanik officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mrs. Clark passed away on Monday, August 20, 2012 in Gilmer. She was born on October 17, 1924, in Schulenburg, Texas to Frank Brauner, Sr. and Olga Hrncir Brauner. On July 21, 1943, Joyce married O. C. Clark in Bastrop, Texas and he preceded her in death on February 11, 2003. Mrs. Clark lived in Gilmer for 64 years and was a retired bank officer from Gilmer National Bank. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and David Skinner of Gilmer; daughter, Beth Clinnard of Gilmer; brother Frank Brauner, Jr. of LaGrange; sister, Marilyn Botelho of Corpus Christi; grandchildren, Mark Skinner and his wife, Julie, Doug Clinnard, Jana Lindsay and her husband, Jimmy and Lori Gage; great grandchildren, Emma Lindsay, Dylan Skinner and Elise Lindsay. Pallbearers will be Mark Skinner, Doug Clinnard, Gary Patterson, Jimmy Lindsay and Dylan Skinner The rosary will be recited on Wednesday, August 22, 2012, 6:00 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home with visitation to follow.
