Joseph Michael "Mike" King

Joseph Michael “Mike” King, age 67, of Longview, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021, at his home. He was born on September 10, 1953, in Houston, Texas to Joseph Marcellus and Wanda (Green) King. He retired from TDCJ and later became a truck driver. He loved driving and watching the Rangers and Houston Texans.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Donald King.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry King; son, Logan Graham and wife Sarah of Longview; daughters, Brandy Graham of White Oak, Candace Huddleston and husband Josh of Ashdown, AR, and Tabatha Boyd of Gladewater; sister, Marci Yancey and husband Gary of Huntsville; grandchildren, RayLynn Graham, Atiana Vargas, Adrian Vargas, Lannah Huddleston, Madison Huddleston, Kailey Graham, Jaida Gbawar, Tia Gbawar, Alexis Boyd; great grandchildren, Karter Tennison and Ja’Kobe Tennison; and nephews, Justin Yancey of Rowena and Tyler Yancey of Lamesa.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 12, 2021, at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer with Reagan Cooksey officiating, interment to follow at Morris Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
