John Mark Mayfield

Mr. John Mark Mayfield, 57, of Kilgore passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2020. The family is holding a visitation, 4PM-6PM, Saturday, August 29, 2020 at the Grubbs-Loyd Chapel in Diana. Following the visitation, the family will be holding a balloon release at Reed Cemetery. Arrangements are under the directions of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana.

John was born November, 29, 1962 in Odessa, Texas to Jack Edward and Katheleene (Vickery) Mayfield. He worked in construction as an insulator.

John is survived by son, Carl Joe Ferguson, daughters; Dreama Mayfield and Wavah Mayfield, sister; Annie Veazey, Margaret Strout, Jackie Mayfield, Thresa Mayfield, grandchildren; Rachel, Riley, Tristan, Ethan, Eden and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Ronald E. Mayfield.
