John Henry Ferrell

Funeral services for John Henry Ferrell, age 65, of Gladewater will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018 at 2:00 PM, at Pleasant Hill cemetery in Gilmer with Brother Kent Bilnoski officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 5, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater, Texas.

John was born in Covington, Tennessee on March 31, 1953 to the late Bennie Ferrell and Ruby Pool Ferrell. He passed away November 1, 2018 at his home in Gladewater. He was dearly loved by his family and friends and will truly be missed by all who knew him.

John is survived by his wife Wanda Ferrell; son Devin Michael Ferrell and wife Allyson of Kilgore, Texas; daughters Susan Renee Hutto and husband Blueford of Delhi, Louisiana, Juanez Rene’ Hanes and husband Stephen of Longview, Texas; brother Hershal Ferrell and wife Lisa of Kingsport, Tennessee; sister Sherry McRight of Woodville, Texas, seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father Bennie Ferrell, Mother Ruby Pool Griffith, brothers Fred Ferrell, Jimmy Ferrell and David Ferrell.
