Joe Randal Burney, Jr. Memorial services for Joe Randal Burney, Jr., 64, of Longview will be Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Gladewater with Reverend Dick Dobbins officiating. Mr. Burney was born on November 13, 1951, in Gilmer, and died in his home on Wednesday, June 8, 2016. He worked at Home Depot in Longview for many years and retired in 2014. He was an avid fisherman, collector and gifted artist. He is survived by his sister Mary Ann White of Gladewater; nephew Andy and wife Jennifer White of Kilgore; and grand niece Charlotte Ann White of Kilgore. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Leona Burney and sister Linda Jo Burney Edwards. If so desired, memorials can be made to First United Methodist Church, P.O.
