Jo Nell Ford

Services for Mrs. Jo Nell Ford, 94, of Gilmer will be held 2:00 P.M, Thursday, January 20, 2011, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Holland Atchley officiating and interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer. Mrs. Ford passed away on Monday, January 17, 2011 in Longview. She was born November 29, 1916, in Coolidge, Texas to William John and Vesta Ward Goeke and graduated from Coolidge High School. Mrs. Ford was an accounts receivable representative at Merck Pharmaceuticals until her retirement in 1979 and she attended New Way Country Church. Mrs. Ford is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Linda Spruiell of Gilmer; sisters, Juanita Spruiell of Fredericksburg, Texas, Billie Holland of Waco, Texas and Judy Matthews of Kilgore; grandchildren, Stacey Myers and her husband Craig, Shelley Whatley and her husband Scott; great grandchildren, Michael and Joshua Myers, Lindy and Logan Whatley. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 20, 2011 from 1:00 until 2:00 at the funeral home.
