Jimmy Ray Ross Gladewater -- Services for Jimmy Ray Ross, 68, of White Oak, will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at 10 A.M. at the First Assembly of God Church, with Pastor Laney Pearson officiating. Burial will be in the New White Oak Cemetery. Born on November 14, 1943, in Roswell, New Mexico, he died on Thursday, April 12, 2012. He was a retired pipeline inspector. He is survived by his wife, Kathie Ross of White Oak; daughter, Sonyea Reeves of White Oak; granddaughter, Jessica Reeves and fianc"e Josh Hood of Longview; grandson, Alex Ross of White Oak; son and daughter-in-law, Jarrod and Angela Ross of Longview; sister, Barbara Ross of Marble Falls; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Roy and Sharon Ross of Pritchett; Eddie and Judy Ross of Marietta, Georgia; nieces and nephews; the Car Club family; the church family; many friends; and his constant puppy companions Frizzles and Pixie. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Cecil Ross; in-laws; and a very dear friend, Jerry Curtis. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Monday, April 16, 2012, at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater.
