Jimmy Ray Marsh, Sr

Memorial services for Jimmy Ray Marsh, Sr., 78, of Gladewater, will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2013, at The Antique Capital R.V. Park Community Building located at 500 S. Loop 485, Gladewater, Texas, between 4:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. Born on March 21, 1935, in Fort Worth, Texas, he died at his home on Monday, June 24, 2013. The last 35 years Jimmy resided in the Gladewater area and in 1998 he retired from Joyce Crane in Longview. He is survived by his dedicated wife of 60 years, Merrill Hiser-Marsh; sisters, Wanda Waters and Marie McDowell; his daughters, Linda Liedtke and husband Larry; Carolyn Thompson and husband Scott; and Tracey Marsh; and by his sons, Robert Marsh and wife Dana; and Jimmy Marsh Jr. and wife Michelle; 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ora Jane Fitzgerald; his mother and father, Francis Haba and Ervin Marsh; his sister, Julie Phillips; and his son, Charles David Marsh Sr. He will be greatly missed. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croly Funeral Home in Gladewater.
