Services for Jim Russell “Mac” McChesney Jr., 73, of Diana are 2pm Saturday December 7, 2019 at the Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home Chapel in Diana with Brother Ron Peacock officiating.

Mac was born July 11, 1946 to James Russell, Sr. and Adele (August) McChesney. He passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at his home. Mac was and electrical engineer for KBR at Eastman and was a Veteran of the United States Air Force He enjoyed golfing, playing pool and spending time with family and friends. Most of all he whole heartily loved the Lord.


He is survived by his loving wife, Linda McChesney, children; James Russell McChesney III and wife Wendy, Sean Tomas Troy Weiss and wife Heather, Matt Brian Weiss and wife Amy, Brenda McChesney Mino and husband Kevin, Kelly Nicole Baldwin and partner James Swank, Richard Ray Swensen, Jesse Adam Swensen, Jamie Lynn Donally and husband Frank, James Joseph Stanton and wife Jolee, brother, Bruce McChesney and wife Carol, twenty six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
