Jesse "Deano" Williams, Jr.

Celebration of Life services for Jesse “Deano” Williams, Jr., 61, of Winona will be 4:00 p.m. Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the Living Word Church; located at 1567 F.M. 1252 East, Kilgore, TX 75662. Deano went to be with the Lord on October 6, 2018, after a brief battle with cancer.

Deano was born May 8, 1957 in Gladewater to Jesse W. and Dorothy Williams. He worked as a truck driver for Martin Transport Co. for 25+ years. He loved his time with family and friends and devoted his life to serving God. He had a servant’s heart and never hesitated to help others in need. He loved Jesus Christ and loved to tell others about Him. Deano was the founder of The Prayer Room in Gladewater where he played bass guitar with the Praise and Worship Team. He will be remembered by all for his love and devotion to the Lord and his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Gary Williams.

Deano is survived by his wife, Nina of 37 years; daughter Christina Wisdom and her husband Jason; son Jesse Lee Williams and his wife Mallory; sisters Sue Ridge and her husband William, Brenda Mears and her husband Chuck and Shera Williams; five grandchildren Dakota McCoy and his wife Kalynn, Hannah Wisdom and Kennedy Wisdom, Beau Williams and Phoebe Williams; two great grandchildren, Leighann and Baylor McCoy; a great niece Kadence Davis whom he loved as his own, the Prayer Room family as well as many more family and friends.
