Jerry Don Stegall

Funeral services for Jerry Don Stegall, 69, of Hawkins will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel, Gilmer, with Reverend Mike Ford officiating. Interment will be in Hoover Cemetery in the Upshur County. Arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mr. Stegall passed away Friday, July 23, 2010, at a Quitman hospital. Mr. Stegall was born May 26, 1941, in Gilmer, Texas to Audie Edward and Sallie Wolfe Stegall. He was a doser operator in their family business and member of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his wife: Linda Stegall of Hawkins; sons: Rex Roach of Hawkins and Ronald Roach of Hawkins; daughters: Virginia Whitlock of Hawkins and Christy Geiser of Hawkins; six grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, July 26, 2010 at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
