Jerry A. Moore

Memorial service for Mr. Jerry A. Moore, 79, of Gilmer, TX will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Brian Faulkner officiating, family will receive friends following the service. Mr. Moore passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2019 at his home in Gilmer.

Jerry was born April 29, 1939, in Gladewater, TX to Emory and Dorothy (Maywald) Moore. He was an Upshur County Deputy Sheriff and was a longstanding member of the Tyler Masonic Lodge #1233.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Glynda Moore; sons, Mark Moore and his wife Julie of Gladewater, Kyle Moore and his wife, Marla of Gilmer; daughter, Michelle Moore of Gilmer; brother, Bill Moore of Dallas; sister, Dorothy Jo Lewis and her husband, Milton of Cortez, CO; grandchildren, Katie Nugent and her husband, Jake, John Moore and his wife, Allison, Mason Moore, Landen Moore, Rowan Moore, Marcus Moore, Cody Moore; and five great grandchildren

He is preceded in death by his parents.
