Jerri Rai Brown of Gladewater, Texas passed away on January 15, 2022. Jerri was born September 18, 1943 in Gladewater, Texas to Robert and Myrtle Ramsey.

Jerri was a devoted wife and mother that loved to sew and cook. In her younger years she was a truck driver for a short period of time and afterwards becoming a homemaker taking care of her beloved family. She loved to spend time with her family and playing cards. She remains with us in the fond memories.

Jerri is survived by her sons, Patrick Shawn McKinney and Robert Arnold McKinney; sister, Peggy McClendon; grandchildren, Cassidy Swatsell, Chelsea Swatsell-Galindo, Kaila Fuller, Laci Edwards, and Jessi Pipak; as well as 7 great-grandchildren.

Jerri was preceded in death by her loving parents; her husband, Marion Brown; and her daughter Sandra Kay McDaniel.

There will be a funeral service held at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater, Texas on Wednesday January 19, 2022 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon with a visitation starting prior to the service at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. Burial will follow at Gladewater Memorial Park, Gladewater, Texas.
