Jean Hill

Services for Mrs. Jean Hill, 81, of Gilmer will be held 3:00 P.M, Thursday, June 24, 2010, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel and interment to follow at Sand Hill Cemetery in Upshur County. Mrs. Hill passed away on Monday, June 21, 2010 in Gilmer. She was born February, 10, 1929, in Upshur County, Texas to William Elisha and Lillie Mae Meeks Collier. Mrs. Hill was a retired nurse and a Baptist. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-laws, Trenia Helpenstill of Pittsburg, Rebecca Lynn and John Toland of Hallsville, Cynthia Ann and Ron Hall of Gilmer; sister Kay Hoffer of Crowley; four grandchildren, Erica Jarvis, Clint Helpenstilll, April Bateman and Crystal Toland and four great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday June 24 from 2:00 until 3:00 at the funeral home.
