Memorial services for Mrs. Jean Harkey Sivley,68, of Gilmer will be held 2:00 P.M, Sunday, March 11, 2012, at First Baptist Church, Diana, Texas with Reverend Gary May and Dr. Ray Thompson officiating under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Visitation will immediately follow the service. Born on January 29, 1944, in Shreveport, LA., to B. L. and Margie Senn Harkey, she passed away on Monday, March 5, 2012, in Tyler. Jean was a massage therapist and instructor at Paulette"s Day Spa in Longview and later opened the Massage Cottage in Diana. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Diana. Jean was dedicated to helping others, enjoyed going to the lake to watch a sunrise and time spent with her family. Mrs. Sivley was survived by sons and daughters-in-law Ty Brett and Anne Hayner of Gilmer and Parrish Ray and Michelle Payton of Diana; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joan and Charles Hollis of Gilmer and Jane and Johnnie Davidson of Gilmer; grandchildren, Tiffany Hitt and her husband Jarryd, Molly Hayner, Cody Payton and Zoey Owens; nephews and spouses, Darin and Shelly Hollis, Damon and Dee Hollis, Windell Hollis; niece and spouse, Vesha and Roy Miller; her extended family and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands, Tyler Payton and Don Sivley.
